Job Description


Identify and approach potential B2B customers such as furniture showrooms, interior designers, contractors, and project developers.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate sofa and furniture solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales contracts.
Coordinate internally with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Follow up on project execution and support clients through after-sales service.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and partners.
Keep up to date with market trends, product updates, and competitor activities.
Report on sales performance and customer feedback to management on a regular basis.

Job Requirements


College or University degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
At least 3–5 years of experience in B2B or project-based furniture sales (preferably sofa or home furnishing).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good aesthetic sense and basic knowledge of furniture materials and styles.
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under sales pressure.
Preferably with the existing network of interior designers, project contractors, or showroom clients.
English proficiency is an advantage if dealing with overseas partners or foreign clients.
