Job Description

• Identify new business opportunities.
• Manage key accounts; build up a special care program to strengthen the company's image, seek and take care of contractors and consultants.
• Build up relationships with consultants to do spec-in.
• Build up relationships with contractors to secure projects.
• Follow up with customers in terms of payment (Account Receivable), Project delivery plan, Project approaching, bidding, and contracts.
• Market development: expand sales network and new customers (contractors, consultants, developers).
• Report sales progress and results frequently: daily, weekly, monthly.
• Keep track of market movement and competitors' activities and information.
• Keep tracking on moving consensus for project delivery plan and updating project information.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Prefer experience in Air-Conditioner B2B Sales - at least 1-2 YOE.
• Good English spoken and written communication skills.
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Sales-oriented, driven for results, and good interpersonal skills.
• Work well under pressure and independently.
• Well on job organizing, planning, and critical thinking.
• Good office computer skills
• Hard-working, dynamic, high sense of responsibility, and open-mindedness.
• Teamwork, disciplined working spirit.
• Willing to learn, adapt, and be flexible in a new environment/or situation.
• To be able to go on business trips.
