Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Project Management: Lead and manage data center projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Cost Estimation: Develop and manage project budgets, providing accurate cost estimations and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the main liaison between contractors, investors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Design and Implementation: Collaborate with design teams to review and approve M&E system designs, ensuring alignment with project specifications and operational needs.
• Construction Oversight: Supervise on-site activities, including installation of systems such as UPS, precision cooling, and power distribution, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project progress.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Reporting: Regularly update stakeholders on project status, challenges, and achievements through detailed reports and presentations.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, or related Engineering fields.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, particularly in M&E systems for data centers or similar infrastructure.
• Comprehensive understanding of data center M&E systems, including power, UPS, and precision cooling.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and M&E design software.
