Job Description
Job Description: The employee’s roles and responsibilities include, but not limited to the following tasks:
- Sell-in / Sell-out management
Analyze & manage sell in/out progress and program
Follow up sales performance, COI & propose the solutions
Develop the ideas to push sales
Evaluate program effectiveness (ROI)
- Channel Management
Handle channel conflicts
Manage minimum price between channels
Develop & manage oriented program for each channel
Review account plan & performance monthly/quarterly
- Supply check
Check & calculate forecast
Co-ordinate with Demand Planning team to ensure no shortage
Manage long-term inventory
- Price (LG & competitors): Cooperate with Marketing PIC in:
Analyzing competitors’ price & specs
Price positioning, setting & registration
- Market sensing: Cooperate with Marketing PIC in:
Monitoring sell-out program of competitors
Developing counter-attack plans for competitors’ programs (nationwide & by channel)
- Marketing promotion plan: Finalize quantity, budget and other sales related issues (eg. Compensation quantity/scheme) for Marketing PIC to develop promotion plan
Job Requirements
- At least 08 years of working experience, with 3 years in the same position or industry - Excellent English communication skills and Excel skills - Product & market knowledge is preferred - Data analytical and interpretation is desirable
