Job Description

Formulate and improve the relevant management system and workflow of purchasing department, sales department, customs department
• According to the company's requirements, formulate and improve the relevant management system and workflow of the department.
Coordinate management
• Develop departmental work plans around the company's guidelines, policies and objectives. Complete departmental KPIs.
Sales management
• Establish clear sales policies and procedures, including regulations on sales channel selection, customer management, sales target setting, etc.
• Establish a sales performance evaluation and incentive mechanism, including sales target setting, performance appraisal, etc.
• Establish a sales contract management system, including regulations on contract signing process, contract performance management, customer complaint handling, etc.
Procurement management
• Establish clear procurement policies and procedures, including provisions on supplier selection, procurement processes, contract management, etc.
• Establish a supplier evaluation and management system, including supplier qualification evaluation, supplier performance evaluation, etc.
• Establish a procurement budget and cost control mechanism to ensure that procurement activities are carried out within a reasonable cost range and can achieve expected benefits.
• Establish a procurement contract management system, including regulations on contract approval process, contract performance management, risk prevention and control, etc.
Customs management
• Establish clear customs policies and procedures, including regulations on import and export operations, customs declaration and inspection, tax management, etc.
• Establish a customs risk management mechanism, including compliance review, risk prevention and control, regulatory compliance, etc.
• Regularly update and train the knowledge and skills of customs personnel to maintain their understanding and adaptability to customs policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years’ of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Science and engineering or international trade
• Knowledge of international trade
• Basic financial knowledge and cost control concepts
• Analytical & problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skill and Excellent negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft office Suite
• Proficient in spoken and written English. Able to speak Mandarin will be advantageous
