We are a rapidly growing AI-biotech company that is revolutionizing the healthcare industry through personalized genomics. We are seeking a Legal Assisstant to support for our Legal Expert and play a pivotal role in:
• Legal Risk Management: Assessing and mitigating legal risks associated with the company's operations, especially in the areas of commercial law, data privacy, intellectual property, and healthcare regulations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that all company activities adhere to relevant laws and regulations, both domestically and internationally.
• Business Strategy: Providing legal counsel to support the company's strategic goals, including market expansion, product development, and M&A activities.
• Contract Negotiation: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal agreements, such as contracts, partnerships, and licensing agreements.
• Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with external legal counsel, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Providing legal advice to internal teams
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Monitoring regulatory changes
• Representing the company in legal proceedings
Job Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor degree
• Experience in corporate law, commercial law, or technology law
• Strong understanding of data privacy, intellectual property, and healthcare regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
