Job Description
• Develop strong sale pipeline
• Support clients and potential leads, prepare quotations, etc
• Achieve assigned sales targets for each customer accounts.
• Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing discussions, to secure profitable business and manage all matters related to assigned customers.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to execute awarded program plans and achieve strategic objectives.
• Maintain and develop business relationships with key customer contacts at all levels.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Min 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management, especially China OEM clients.
• Technical knowledge of micro motors, robotics, automation
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Vietnam and other countries
