Job Description
• Lead the development and execution of an integrated system to manage Environmental, Safety, and Health aspects, focusing on our various production plants.
• Crafting and refining HSE policies and procedures.
• Act as the central hub for up-to-date HSE knowledge and practices.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments related to HSE factors.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance HSE performance.
• Monitoring the implementation of both external regulations and internal guidelines.
• Delivering compliance training to executives and staff across departments.
• Efficiently organizing and maintaining internal documentation.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant majors
• Strong experience in EHS management, compliance and audit roles.
• Proficient in compliance standards such as IETP, RBA, ISO 14001, etc.
• Acquiring Certificate of ISO 45001.
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations, particularly QCVN/TCVN standards.
• Good command of English or Chinese.
