The Navigos Search's partner Boutique Manager is the brand ambassador, responsible for driving sales and optimizing boutique operations by leading and motivating the team to deliver outstanding client service while maximizing sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Management & Business Development
• Define and implement action plans to meet sales targets.
• Monitor KPIs and propose strategies to improve performance.
• Analyze business trends, including competitor activities, and adapt accordingly.

2. Customer Service & Relationship Management
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Build and maintain a VVIP database and grow client retention.

3. Marketing Events & Brand Representation
• Initiate and participate in marketing events to engage clientele.
• Represent the brand at events and meetings, enhancing brand visibility.

4. Team Management & People Development
• Coach, train, and motivate the team to meet performance goals.
• Handle recruitment, performance management, and career development.
• Foster a collaborative and engaging work environment.

5. Reporting & Operational Management
• Provide regular sales and performance reports to the Commercial Manager.
• Ensure proper inventory control, merchandising, and compliance with brand policies.
• Manage the boutique’s budget and expenses, ensuring adherence to guidelines.

Job Requirements

Requirements

Solid experience in retail or luxury service management.
Strong leadership, project management, and time management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
Passionate about client service and CRM activities, with a focus on sales and execution.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese; knowledge of the local market is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
