We are urgently looking for Head Operations to manage for our client’s 9 Medical Centres in Hanoi, Vietnam. This role will report into CEO.

Job description
• Day-to-Day Leadership: As the Head Operations, you will oversee and optimize the day-to-day administration of our esteemed healthcare centers. Your exceptional leadership skills will guide our team towards excellence.
• Patient Satisfaction: Your primary focus will be to achieve and maintain high levels of patient satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure each patient receives top-notch care and a positive experience throughout their journey.
• Driving Revenue Targets: With your strategic mindset and business acumen, you will be responsible for ensuring the centers achieve their revenue targets while maintaining the highest standards of healthcare.
• Team Building & Management: Building a cohesive and efficient team will be a core responsibility. You will lead by example, nurturing a positive work culture, and empowering team members to excel in their roles.
• Financial Management: Your sharp eye for detail will be crucial in monitoring and managing credits, outstanding payments from various parties (TPA, CGHS, ECHS & Corporate), and ensuring timely reimbursements.
• Maintenance & Upkeep: Under your leadership, the Operation Managers of respective centres will be in charge of maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff alike.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Applying your financial expertise, you will develop and implement budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.
• Inventory Management: You will be responsible for overseeing inventory levels, ensuring the availability of essential medical supplies, and maintenance of accurate records for all 9 centres under your supervision.
• Accounting & Cash Management: Accurate financial management will be essential. You will monitor cash flows, and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
• Reporting & MIS: Timely and insightful reporting is crucial for decision-making. You will prepare and present management information systems (MIS) reports that provide valuable insights into the center's performance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in hospital operations management, with at least 7-10 years of progressively responsible leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and industry trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective plans and initiatives.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and achievement of organizational objectives.
