Job Description
1.1 Develop, implement, and manage financial market products in alignment with the financial market business strategy for the following:
Core foreign exchange products: Spot, FX, and Swap.
New financial market products, including interest rate derivatives, commodity price derivatives, and carbon credits.
Trading operations for valuable papers and currency-related transactions, as well as interest rate derivatives such as FRA, Cap/Floor, and Collar, depending on market conditions.
1.2 Lead the digital development of current systems related to the foreign exchange market, including internal management systems for the Front Office, branch management systems, and customer management systems.
Digitalize core foreign exchange products (Spot, Forward, Swap).
Digitally develop new financial market products like interest rate derivatives, commodity price derivatives, and carbon credits.
1.3 Establish operational criteria in line with the product structure.
Take responsibility for designing and managing operational processes, proposing corrective measures, and providing regular progress reports, as well as addressing challenges (if any) to relevant authorities when necessary.
Support business activities, including foreign currency trading, derivatives trading (commodities, interest rates, exchange rates), and transactions in both primary and secondary markets.
Job Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in financial market operations, either in Frontline or Treasury Back Office; preference for Treasury Back Office personnel; experience at international banks with strong financial market operations is preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of experience managing Treasury Front or Treasury Back Office.
Experience in participating in the development and implementation of financial market product management system projects.
Experience in investing and managing all financial market systems, including Trading systems, Back-end systems, trader limit management, and customer limit management.
Proficiency in English.
