Job Description

Job Purpose
The Operation Excellence Expert is responsible for driving operational improvements, innovating processes, and ensuring business efficiency across the organization. This role is ideal for individuals with strong problem-solving skills, a passion for change, and a commitment to ownership and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Optimization and Problem Solving
• Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Propose and implement innovative solutions to streamline operations and improve productivity.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives to address key operational challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.
2. Innovation and Change Management
• Proactively identify areas for innovation and improvement across various functions within the organization.
• Develop and execute change management plans to support the adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth implementation of changes.
3. Strategic Planning and Execution
• Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for operational excellence.
• Drive strategic initiatives that support the organization’s goals for growth and efficiency.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of operational improvements.
4. Ownership and Leadership
• Take full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Act as a role model by demonstrating accountability, proactivity, and leadership in addressing challenges and achieving results.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
5. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and buy-in for operational initiatives.
• Clearly articulate problems, solutions, and impacts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Serve as a key point of contact for consulting and advisory services when required.

Job Requirements

• Graduated from a specialized high school, ideally in natural sciences (math, physics, or chemistry).
• International scholarship for higher education (preferred).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience, with a strong preference for candidates from top-tier consulting firms.
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements and managing complex projects.
• Experience in working across diverse industries and organizational structures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• High ownership and accountability; proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to innovate, challenge the status quo, and drive meaningful change.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong appetite for challenges.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software is a plus.
