Job Description
• Sales: Sell e-vouchers, paper vouchers, and physical products to large manufacturing companies
• Customer Needs Assessment: Understand and evaluate customer requirements for various welfare products.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales plans, setting targets and revenue goals for each season.
• Business Development: Propose deals, negotiate terms, create quotes, sign contracts, and collect payments.
• Sales Reporting and Analysis: Regularly track and analyze sales performance, customer trends, and product insights.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Job Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the industrial sector, particularly in welfare product sales.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience working in HR, administration, or labor unions within large manufacturing companies is a plus but not mandatory.
• Passion and Drive: Strong motivation to achieve results in a dynamic startup environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
