Job Description
1. Manage and control the overall operations of assembly section
2. Responsible for organizing, managing, and coordinating relevant departments to implement
production plans to ensure production on schedule, according to technical requirements, and in
accordance with company regulations
3. Manage and control the manpower and other facilities to smoothly operate the assembly lines
and to meet the customer’s orders
4. Establish the job related procedure(s) and work instruction(s) for subordinates to ensure job
implementation
5. Control the quality and quantity of the assembly output products as per customer’s requirement
6. Handle the customer’s claim if any and ensure no customer line down
7. Maintain all the machines, equipment and other tools always in good condition
8. Plan the training for all subordinates to ensure the subordinates’ job effective implementation
9. Control & maintain the department’s expenses follow department’s budget
10. Submit monthly & periodically job performance report(s) & data to superior on time
11. Control & maintain the job related records
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree with major of Electrical / Electronics or related Engineering majors
2. Minimum 10 years’ experience in Assembly field and 5 years in manager level
3. Excellent skill in job planning, figure analysis and problem solving
4. Detail-oriented, highly organized and well discipline
5. Good verbal and written communication skills of English
6. Good competence in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
7. Strong leadership & management skills
