Job Description
• Design motor components, subsystems, and variants, including CAD models, BOMs, drawings
• Knowledge of micromotor production and design guidelines.
• Optimize product concepts for improved production efficiency.
• Lead change requests and troubleshoot series production issues.
• Continuously enhance series products through technical design improvements.
• Align customer material, functionality, and electrical requirements with supplier components.
• Support claim analysis and resolution for micromotors.
• Prepare technical drawings (3D & 2D) with BOMs, tolerances, and calculations.
Job Requirements
• Engineering background in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical, or related
• Min 2 years in a similar roles, especially China OEM
• Demonstrated technical expertise in electromechanical products such as electric motors
• English speaking: ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage
• Customer – orientation mindset
