Process

After discussing with the client on the job description, scope of work and other job requirements, Navigos Search consultant will initiate the sourcing stage including market mapping and CV screening. Further consultation for the client will be conducted, if required, to enhance candidate pool and candidate suitability

Navigos Search consultant will meet each potential candidate directly then create an initial shortlist of the best-fit ones and present to the client

Navigos Search consultant will work closely with the client's HR/TA team during the interview process and assist where needed

Navigos Search will conduct reference checks based on request and share with the client the reference check results

Once a candidate is selected for offer, Navigos Search consultant will closely assist both the candidate and the client during the offering stage to close the placement
