Product & Application Support
- Provide clinical and technical expertise for ultrasound equipment to internal teams and customers.
- Conduct product presentations, live demonstrations, and hands-on workshops for healthcare professionals.
- Support sales teams in tender processes, technical documentation, and product positioning.
- Participate in key clinical events, conferences, workshops, and trade shows.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information to support product strategy.
- Assist Product Manager in developing marketing materials, product launches, and promotions.
- Identify customer needs and provide feedback to global/regional product teams.
Sales Support
-Work closely with Sales Representatives to support account development and product adoption.
- Participate in customer visits, demos, evaluations, and trials.
- Contribute to achieving the yearly sales target for the Ultrasound product line.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role in ultrasound, DI devices, or related equipment.
- Fluent in English
