Job Description
* Be responsible for the KPI of the North SAC Sales: sales revenue, profit, market share, inventory, etc.
* Develop strategic plan for the team’s sales achievement, included but not limited to sales policies, product and marketing plan, market
penetration and expansion
* Cooperate with internal stakeholders (Product Directors, SCM, SVC, Marketing, Demand Planning, etc.) to ensure the sales plan to be on
track and to solve arising problems promptly
* Enhance the relationship with existing developers/contractors/project owners/M&E companies, as well as develop new business partners
* Lead and coach the team to achieve assigned sales target, develop skills and teamwork
Job Requirements
- Approximately 3-5 years of working experience in Project Sales Leader
- Good English spoken and written communication skills
- Good presentation, communication & networking skills
- Leadership, positive working attitude, accountability and teamwork spirit
- Product & market knowledge is preferred
