Job Description
* In charge of planning and managing the sales performance of the team in order to achieve assigned target (sales revenue, profit, inventory, AR, market share)
* Develop strategies, including but not limited to sales strategies, market penetration and expansion, marketing strategies)
* Develop promotion activities to drive sell-in, sell-through, sell-out
* Update and analyze market and competitors
* Maintain and develop sales channel; establish and enhance effective relationship with business partners
* Set up and monitor marketing activities at point of sales (POP, product display, training)
* Manage and guide the team to achieve team’s assigned target; evaluate and train the employees to improve sales and related working skills
* Report to Sales Head and Top Management
Job Requirements
- Approximately 3- 5 years of working experience in Air Conditioner Channel Sales
- Good English spoken and written communication skills
- Good presentation, communication & networking skills
- Leadership, positive working attitude, accountability and teamwork spirit
- Product & market knowledge is preferred
