Job Description

- Prepare and deliver on-site and online demonstrations and presentations
- Assess the technical challenges the customer is trying to achieve or overcome
- Ask questions to develop understanding and gain credibility as a subject matter expert to achieve bid opportunities, present solutions, and gain commitments from the customer
- Ask discovery questions that highlight customer’s goals, processes and current pain points
- Continually refine excellent technical knowledge of Company’s products and capabilities – product specifications, applications, modifications, and troubleshooting – as the customer will depend on you rather than engineering to present proprietary customer solutions
- Manage (communicate to) the technical, purchasing, service, quality, and management functions of our customers, recognizing their parallel and important roles in securing new projects
- Assessing customer challenges and determining needs
- Achieving sales objectives, accomplishing regional management metrics, and providing accurate regional forecasting.
- Represent Company at trade shows and conferences
- Support any ad hoc company projects
- Provide technical supports (remote and onsite) and solution to the team, customers, and dealers in a timely manner
- Act as the technical sales advisor to sales team and network of dealers

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- At least 3 years professional experience within the heavy equipment sector, and preferably in related technical sales function
- Strong market knowledge within the heavy equipment sector, e.g. construction machinery, bulk material handling, loader cranes, marine equipment or commercial trucks industry
- Proficiency of English language
