Job Description
• Conduct property research: market area analysis, shopping center visits, customer and tenant analysis, sales estimation, comparison with existing stores, and profit and loss calculations
• Negotiate with property owners: propose terms and conditions, contract negotiations, discuss construction and asset classifications, competitor analysis
• Support store openings: promotional activities, coordination with owners, media relations
• Support existing stores: SNS promotion and coordination with other departments
Job Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate development in the retail industry or at a real estate company
• Japanese language proficiency at N3 level or higher
• English: Intermediate level or above (TOEIC score 600 preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (high school graduates with 3 years of relevant experience may also apply)
