Job Description
• Supervise MEP works on-site to ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Monitor progress and prepare weekly/monthly work plans
• Perform material take-offs and manage material orders
• Conduct inspections and coordinate with clients/consultants
• Coordinate with civil/structural teams to resolve design clashes
• Prepare and manage project documentation
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or MEP Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP construction
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM is an advantage
• Good knowledge of TCVN, NFPA, and technical standards
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Good command of technical English
