Job Description

Lead and drive the overall performance and productivity of the engineering team stationed across the country, providing excellent technical service to customers.
Responsible for engineering project preparation, project management and project implementation.
Assist sales team in project negotiations involving technical support. Provide service proposals for relevant products or customers.
Assist in the preparation of documents and information required for renewals and new contract services.
Participate in the development, maintenance and refinement of internal control and reliability program.
Prepare and maintain good documentation and records of all service transactions (including job sheets, invoicing), and provide regular summary reports.
Responsible to familiarize with all risk management processes and ensure compliance.
Effectively schedule manpower to ensure that preventive maintenance, installation, commissioning and upgrades are provided in a timely manner.
Ensure testing tools are adequate and well maintained.
Participate in strategic team meetings, making informed recommendation to reporting manager and help to drive best practices based on customers’ feedback and personal experiences.
Ensure adequate staffing to support services operations; responsible for daily decision making to ensure customers are serviced in timely manner and ensure resolution to customers’ issues.
Prioritize service calls in related to pre-installation inspection, installation, corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, testing and various field service-related tasks
Coordinate job requests to ensure efficient and effective resource allocation across team members

Job Requirements


At least 5-7 years’ experience in the medical equipment industry within management level
Able to travel outside of the station or overseas when required.
Degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or any other related disciplines
At least 5 years of experience in similar role of medical equipment servicing and engineering support for hospitals and healthcare institutions
Experience in project management
Experience in managing and developing staff
Experience in handling and drafting contracts / agreements
Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office, ERP system and AutoCAD
Good command of English communication
