Job Description
- Provide effective consultancy and advisory support to sales department to analyse, plan and implement necessary sales resource requirements
- Implement the Sales Force Automation programs with the
assistance from a regional team, and ensure that all Sales people use the system on a daily basis to log in all sales activity required to ensure maximum value is attained from the
system.
- Develop, drive, and track revenue generation via sales push programs
- Constantly monitor the reporting system and advise the Sales Planning and Development Manager of any anomalies against standard.
- Ensure monthly Reporting requirements are adhered to for both Country and Region.
- Standardize the Regional Sales Training Guidelines, Regional and Global Reporting requirements, Sales Recruitment Standards and Sales Targeting and Measurement.
- To assist in Regional led Sales Audits.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting/Audit/Banking/Data Analytics
- Good English
- Minimum 3-4 years of similar experiences in supporting sales planning & sales analytics
- Good analysis skill, logical thinking, Research & Reporting & Presentation skills
- Excellent Excel skill and other technical skills including: SQL, VBA, Power BI
