I. JOB DESCRIPTION
1️⃣ Business Strategy Development & Implementation
• Develop overall sales & marketing strategies for product lines: light chip LED
• Analyze the market, competitors, and trends in the lighting & home appliance industry
• Develop monthly/quarterly/annual sales plans
• Propose pricing policies, discounts, and promotional programs
2️⃣ Market & Customer Development
• Search for and expand the network of dealers, distributors, and projects
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
• Negotiate contracts and monitor accounts receivable
• Support in handling post-sales issues Items
3️⃣ Marketing & Branding
• Planning online and offline marketing
• Coordinating implementation: advertising, trade fairs, industry events
• Managing product communication content
• Analyzing marketing campaign effectiveness
4️⃣ Internal Management & Coordination
• Coordinating with production, warehousing, and finance departments
• Proposing product improvements based on market feedback
5️⃣ Reporting & KPIs
• Reporting sales figures periodically
• Responsible for revenue and profit KPIs
• Proposing solutions to improve business performance
Job Requirements
✔ Experience
• Experience working with dealer networks and B2B projects is preferred.
✔ Skills
• Strong negotiation and bargaining skills
• Planning and market analysis skills
• Having a network in the lighting/home appliance industry is an advantage
• Strategic thinking, ability to work under sales pressure
• Communicative English skills (able to communicate with customers and supervisors).
✔ Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
