Job Description
Navigos Search's client develops products that allow industrial equipment to communicate and share data. Our cutting-edge technology connects millions of industrial devices around the world, both in automation systems and in innovative IIoT applications.
• Create a local sales strategy to increase our market share in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos for Industrial and Building Automation solutions.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard new channel partners;
• Create and implement a channel partner sales growth plan; and
• Research and identify market trends and target industry segments.
• Collaborate with Industry Solution Managers to establish commercial relationships with device manufacturers, machine builders, system integrators, and end users.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure that marketing activities are in line with sales goals.
• Develop in-depth product and application knowledge.
• Meet both short-term (monthly, quarterly) and long-term (yearly) business objectives.
• Conduct monthly sales calls/reviews and generate booking forecasts as needed
Job Requirements
• Excellent command and articulation of the English language
• A degree in an engineering-related field
• Excellent command and articulation of the English language
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with cross-cultural interaction • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with cross-cultural interaction
• Sales Hunter and entrepreneurial mindset (Independent, can-do attitude)
• Capable of working in a matrix organization;
• Willingness to travel (domestic and international); and
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience with CRM software will be advantageous.
