Job Description
* Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Team Leadership
- Lead and manage the Sales Team, reporting directly to the General Director.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure sales targets and business objectives are achieved.
- Track and report key sales results and team performance.
2. Sales & Customer Management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Serve as the main contact point between the company and clients.
- Conduct client visits, manage inquiries, and support product development requests.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
3. Product Development & Order Management
- Work closely with customers on product development to ensure production feasibility and cost efficiency.
- Monitor sample development, costing, and contract processes.
- Coordinate with Merchandising and Purchasing teams to ensure accurate pricing, material planning, and order execution.
- Communicate customer feedback related to technical or quality issues to internal teams.
4. Team Development
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of Sales Team members.
- Evaluate team capabilities and drive continuous improvement.
5. Strategic Support
- Prepare sales reports, work plans, and market insights.
- Contribute to sales strategies and internal process improvements.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Managing Director.
Job Requirements
* Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the textile, fabric, or garment industry.
- Good understanding of textile materials, fabrics, and apparel markets (local and international).
- Strong business development and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage risks in product development and costing.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English and willing to travel for business when required.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of leading and motivating a sales team.
