Management responsibility
Hold meetings with clients and prepare proposals
All the functions of a researcher – from taking briefs, execution and analysis of projects to presenting findings, both qualitative and quantitative research methodology.
Assisting in developing the qualitative/quantitative and statistical capabilities of our research teams, including providing guidance, training and development, conceptual and operational support.
Monitor and control expenses within allotted budget
Consult BOM on business development strategy
Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree and above in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing or related field
At least 2 years of relevant work experience required
Strong oral and written communication skills
Superior people management and client focused.
Excellent organizational, planning, problem solving, quantitative, and project management skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite and high technical aptitude, with the ability to learn new software programs
Excellent English and/or Japanese skills
