Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree, business/commercial background;
• At least 10 years in sales experience, Kitchen and Bathroom product industry and at least 5 years in Management level is a MUST;
• Good and efficiently collaboration with internal teams to achieve goals and initiatives, fostering effective communication and synergy.
• Open minded with challenges and a strong team spirit;
• Can work under pressure and self-motivated to drive/deliver results
• Proactive mindset with the ability to develop and implement sales action plans and explore new business opportunities.
• Ambitious, result-oriented, and possesses a strong business sense.
• Demonstrate high willingness to take on new challenges and work in undefined territories
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese
• Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.
• Be willing and able to travel frequently in North Vietnam region
