Job Overview
The Real estate Investment Advisory Specialist will act as a trusted advisor to UHNW (Ultra-high-net-worth) and HNW (High-net-worth) clients, guiding them through the full cycle of real estate investment — from strategic planning and acquisition to portfolio management and succession. This role requires deep market insight, strong financial acumen, and the ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with elite clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Advise UHNW/HNW clients on real estate investment strategies aligned with their financial goals, risk profiles, and diversification needs (residential, commercial, or collectible assets).
• Conduct in-depth analysis of domestic and international property markets (Vietnam, US, Europe, Asia) using economic, geopolitical, and financial indicators.
• Support investment execution, including negotiation, coordination with legal, banking, and brokerage partners to ensure safe and effective transactions.
• Manage investment portfolios: monitor performance, rebalance as needed, and provide periodic reports on ROI, IRR, and key financial metrics.
• Provide insights on legal, tax, and inheritance matters to optimize structures (e.g., trusts, offshore entities) while ensuring compliance with global regulations.
• Maintain strong, confidential, and long-term client relationships; deliver exceptional and personalized service to UHNW clients.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to expand the client base and identify new investment opportunities.
• Stay up to date on market trends, global taxation, and technology/AI applications to enhance advisory quality.
Job Requirements
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related fields.
Experience:
• 10–15 years of experience in investment advisory, real estate consulting, private banking, or luxury asset management (e.g., supercars, fine jewelry, high-end fashion).
• Proven experience advising at least 5–10 UHNW clients with assets of USD 50 million or more.
Client Network:
• Existing relationships with UHNW/HNW clients (Vietnamese, regional, or international families).
• Track record in developing long-term client relationships through private banking, investment forums, or exclusive lifestyle events.
Technical Skills:
• Strong ability to identify, assess, and develop UHNW client portfolios.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, risk assessment, and portfolio structuring.
• Deep understanding of real estate laws, taxation, and anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations.
• Tech-savvy, with exposure to digital tools and AI-based analytics.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese; high level of discretion, integrity, and resilience under pressure.
Certifications (preferred):
• CFA, CFP, CCIM, or equivalent.
Other Requirements:
• Willingness to travel; professional appearance and demeanor; strong ethical commitment and client-centric mindset.
