- Buyer Communication & Audit Handling
Experience handling Quality / Technical / Social audits
Able to communicate clearly in English (email & meetings)
Capable of explaining quality issues logically and professionally
- Experience managing a QA team (5–20 members preferred)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Production and Engineering
- Data-Driven QA
- Understanding of ERP / MES systems
- Ability to analyze defect rates and quality KPIs
- Capable of setting measurable KPIs (PPM, FPY, delivery impact, etc.)

Job Requirements


Minimum 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing quality management
Experience as QA Manager or Assistant Manager level
Experience working with OEM/ODM or global brands
Strong understanding of metal hardware, fashion accessories, plating and coating processes
Knowledge of finishing standards and surface treatment requirements
Practical experience in durability testing (Cycling test, Pull test, Oven test, etc.)
ISO 9001 implementation and maintenance experience
Strong CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action) experience
Root Cause Analysis capability (5 Why, Fishbone, 8D report)
