Job Description
- Coordinating production lines according to the production plan and managing workforce allocation to ensure product quality standards and on-time delivery.
- Supervising assigned production lines by effectively allocating manpower and managing overtime to ensure smooth operations, maintain productivity, and meet delivery timelines.
- Managing and maintaining production records and data (input/output, order tracking, and related documentation) to provide accurate reports to management.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Purchasing, Cutting, Quality, IE, and Warehouse to ensure efficient production operations.
- Monitoring technical requirements and guiding team members to meet the required technical standards.
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and operational guidelines related to production.
- Maintaining stable production performance to achieve targeted efficiency levels.
- Supporting the development of team members by improving their skills and knowledge to meet company and customer expectations.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in production management within garment manufacturing companies with 150–200 employees or more.
- Strong management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- English communication skills are an advantage.
- Proactive, energetic, eager to learn, and able to work effectively under high pressure.
