Job Description
• Research the features, technical specifications, and market fit of IT infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage, Backup, Virtualization, Cloud).
• Prepare product and technical solution proposals, and develop compliance statements for bidding documents.
• Stay updated on market trends and proactively recommend solutions to clients.
• Design detailed configurations for quotation and pricing purposes.
• Update relevant departments on new product training and technical information.
• Participate in internal/external training programs and obtain technical certifications as required by the company.
• Collaborate with the sales team to consult and deliver tailored solutions to customers.
• Report to the Department Head on project progress, contract status, and other departmental or company-related matters.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT solution consulting.
• Strong understanding of Server, Storage, Backup, Virtualization, and Cloud solutions.
• Programming skills are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Good English proficiency (minimum TOEIC 600 or equivalent).
