Job Description
The Marketing Manager is tasked with creating and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning, boost customer engagement, and drive sales growth across all channels. This role ensures consistent brand messaging, effective campaign execution, and close collaboration with sales, merchandising, and retail teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Enhance brand positioning and maintain consistent brand communication.
• Oversee digital marketing channels, including social media, influencer partnerships, and online campaigns.
• Manage CRM initiatives to analyze customer data, strengthen loyalty, and encourage repeat purchases.
• Support retail locations with marketing activities to increase store traffic and sales.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
• Manage the marketing budget and evaluate campaign performance.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience in a managerial role, preferably within the fashion retail industry.
• Strong expertise in campaign management, digital marketing, and brand strategy.
• Proven experience in CRM management and leveraging customer data to enhance loyalty and drive repeat business.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with marketing agencies and organizing large-scale branding activities such as fashion shows, reality programs, product launches, and major brand campaigns.
• Solid analytical abilities along with effective communication skills.
