Job Description
The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and leading comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand equity, ensure brand innovation and product innovation, approach the consumer, increase market share, and drive revenue growth across product categories.

• Report to: CEO
• Work location: Hanoi, Vietnam
• Salary: open to negotiation
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategy & Leadership
• Define and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and business scale-up strategy.
• Lead brand architecture and portfolio strategy across product categories for both domestic and international markets.
• Drive revenue, market share, and profitability through marketing initiatives.
• Design marketing organization structure and capabilities aligned with growth stages
• Lead and develop high-performing, nationwide marketing teams.
2. Brand & Communication
• Build strong and consistent brand strategies across all consumer touchpoint
• Lead marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, TTL) to reach the right consumer and market
• Lead customer experience and end-to-end consumer journey
3. Innovation & New Product Development (NPD)
• Oversee innovation pipeline and new product development based on consumer insights
• Partner with R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure commercial success
• Drive digital transformation in marketing (MarTech, CRM, data analytics)
4. Financial & Performance Management
• Manage large-scale marketing budgets (up to 500 billion VND per year) and optimize ROI
• Brand health tracking
• Define KPIs, track performance, and report to CEO/Board
5. Stakeholder Management
• Act as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team
• Manage strategic partners (agencies, media, research firms)
Job Requirements
Education & Experiences
MBA/Master/Bachelor’s degree
15 years of marketing experience in FMCG or similar industries, including 5–7 years in senior leadership roles, ideally within a Fortune 500 or global MNC environment or professional agencies
Experiences in managing high marketing budget (above 500 billion VND per year)
Understanding Vietnam market and its people as well as international markets
Professional fluency in both Vietnamese and English
