The client of Navigos Search is a FDI company in Viet Nam that is looking for Sales Manager as below.

Job Description:
• Plan the implementation of product offerings and introductions in order to attract new customers to purchase corporate goods (new customers as current regulations).
• Deal directly with customers until the transaction is completed (receive orders or stop transactions when assessing guests without prospects).
• Developing new markets by proposing and conducting customer survey and research programs in localities, regions, and territories (conditions of minimum average monthly sales / customer).
• Implement marketing campaigns, seek out new models to put into production, and create order (minimum sales of each category of goods to be identified business effectively).
• Organizing company activities in order to increase sales.
• Implement the company's customer service policy to sustain the number of regular customers, as well as serve and resolve client needs (need to specify the conditions for calculating regular customers such as business minimum number, have an order in progress, etc.).
• Determine and implement CAPA.
• Organize how consumer concerns are handled.
• Monitor, inspect, urge, and guide personnel to manage client debts in order to reduce the amount of late debt.
• Minimize inventory by controlling and implementing inventory solutions.
• Employee guidance and inspection under the right to comply with regulations, processes ISO 9001, SA8000, etc., in order to reduce infractions discovered through evaluation.
• Carry out research initiatives and submit reports in accordance with corporate policies or under the supervision of the CEO.



Job Requirements

• Graduated from University
• Good English of Command, Chinese will be plus
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a sales manager/leader.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of management practices and techniques
