Job Description
• To provide day-to-day legal supports/advices to the company’s directors and departments, including but not limited to the commercial and corporate law, tax, labor and IP law…
• To negotiate, draft, review and manage contracts
• To ensure all operations and documents of the company in compliance with the Vietnamese laws and/or international law and company policies.
• To update the development of the law; analyze and advice its possible impact or opportunities in relation with Company business to the Board of Directors.
• To represent the Company to work with relevant organizations and parties in case of dispute or claims from customers, suppliers, dealers
• To conduct the investigation of the breach of company discipline or policy and advice an appropriate discipline measure.
• To work with external legal advisor on legal commercial advisory and management of litigation
• To provide legal advice and complete necessary administrative procedure when there are new projects, investments and ventures of the company.
• To prepare the agenda, minutes and resolution for Member Council’s meeting
• Register new Member Council personnel at the competent authorities; administer the Company records and fillings.
• Conduct legal trainings to company departments where needed.
• To manage and monitor all legal jobs in legal department.
• To conduct legal training to company departments
• To handle other legal affairs assigned by CFO and Managing Director
These scopes of legal affairs will be changed from time to time as decided by MD and/or CFO upon company business request
Job Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law is required.
• Experience working in FDI/MNCs in Legal Leader/Manager for at least 07 years
• Be able to actively lead the work for the corporation, find the difficult parts of the internal team, and have an attitude to contribute to the company
• Have a lawyer's license and have worked as a prosecutor in the past is an advantage.
• Good English communication skill
