Job Description
• Assist the General Director and General Manager in maintaining relationships with Japanese clients.• Prepare documents for client meetings and follow up on action items after meetings.• Act as a point of contact between the Business Development team and existing/potential clients.• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the General Manager.• Participate in client relationship activities (e.g., dinners, golf outings).• Support the team to achieve team targets.• Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
Job Requirements
• Vietnamese: fluency in Japanese is required (preferably JLPT N1); proficiency in English is an advantage.• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.• Experience working in a Japanese company is preferred, especially in roles such as Assistant/Secretary to the General Director or supporting/reporting to Japanese managers or expatriates.• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.• Confident, dynamic, and proactive, with strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.• Self-motivated, with strong initiative and a high level of energy.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.• Flexible and adaptable to different situations.• Willing to travel for business within Vietnam when required.
