Job Description

A large-scale, innovation-driven technology organization is looking for a dynamic professional to join its international commercial team. The role focuses on expanding business presence across global markets, particularly in high-tech and telecommunications-related sectors.

You will work in a highly technical environment, collaborating with global experts and contributing to the commercialization of advanced technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on international markets to identify trends, opportunities, and growth potential in telecom, defense, and technology sectors.
- Identify and approach potential clients and strategic partners in overseas markets; understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Drive market entry strategies by defining target regions, customer segments, competitive positioning, and partnership models.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for international expansion initiatives.
- Evaluate business performance and recommend enhancements to products, services, and commercial strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with global stakeholders and partners.
- Represent the organization in international meetings, exhibitions, and industry events when required.

Job Requirements

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Telecommunications, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Proficiency in English (equivalent to TOEIC 650 /IELTS 5.5 or higher), with strong communication skills in professional settings.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in international sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong capabilities in market analysis, presentation delivery, and commercial negotiation.
- High level of adaptability, resilience, and willingness to work under pressure.
- Genuine interest in technology products and innovation-driven industries.
- Open to frequent and potentially extended international travel.

Preferred:
- Prior experience in similar roles within large-scale or government-affiliated organizations.
- Background knowledge in telecommunications, engineering, or IT-related domains.
