Job Description

1. Be responsible for the recruitment, induction, training1. Be responsible for the recruitment, induction, training, personnel transfer, resignation and other procedures of employees, establish personnel files, be familiar with the personal abilities of employees, and assist leaders to reasonably arrange the increase and decrease of human resources in the company;
2. Be responsible for the insurance and declaration of employees' social insurance, the declaration, adjustment and annual inspection of the company's social insurance base, and timely grasp the relevant national laws, regulations and policies;
3. Organize and arrange company meetings, or prepare relevant important activities with relevant departments, make meeting minutes and sort out meeting minutes;
4. Manage the personnel files and materials of employees, establish and improve the management of personnel files of employees, and strictly implement the borrowing procedures;
5. Responsible for monthly attendance and salary performance accounting;
6. Be responsible for formulating, supervising and implementing enterprise management rules and regulations, administrative personnel management system, work process and performance appraisal system;
7. Handling of daily administrative affairs.

Have excellent written and oral expression ability, strong affinity and service awareness,communication and understanding ability, and strong judgment and decision-makingability;5. Proficient in using common office software and relevant personnel managementsoftware.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above in human resources management, administration, Chinese, secretarial, Chinese language and literature and related majors;
2. More than 3 years of administrative and personnel related work experience, responsible, male and female;
3. Careful and conscientious work, strong principle, good execution and professional quality;
4. Have excellent written and oral expression ability, strong affinity and service awareness, communication and understanding ability, and strong judgment and decision-makingability;
5. Proficient in using common office software and relevant personnel management software.
