Job Description
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Based on the recruitment plan, coordinating with relevant departments on the recruitment and selection process.
Building appraisal system and standard procedure, involving in setting KPIs and performance evaluation.
Managing the payroll, individual income tax, social insurance, benefits program and other related issues.
Controlling the legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Managing a HR/admin team and & building HR and talent acquisition capacity at the company.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields
5 years of experience in the field of human resources and/or management. Prefer candidates that have experience working in manufacturing environment.
Good English
Knowledge of Vietnam Labour law
Ability to work under high pressure, being honest and highly responsible
Ability to think on your feet and thrive in a dynamic.
