Job Description

OVERALL MANAGE THE MARKETING ACTIVITIES (30%)

Set and monitor an annual marketing budget.
Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities


Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and he activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.
Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively
Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organizing them efficiently and develop digital and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
Monitor marketing activity progress and submit performance reports
Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design and organizing the company’s publications
Use research to develop, implement and measure strategies
Setting up and running management system including guest registration system, lead tracking system, campaign management, project management and digital/telemarketing tracking system (marketing and sales automation from digital marketing to tele-marketing to appointment to clubs).

Raise brand awareness through both traditional and online channels.

II. INITIATE, COMMUNICATE AND EXECUTE INTERNAL & EXTERNAL STRATEGIES TO DEVELOP THE MARKET AND BUSINESS (30%)

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Propose suitable products to catch up with local and global trend.
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Communicating and implementing company's internal and external business development strategies so that all employees, partners, suppliers, and contractors understand the company-wide strategic plan and how it carries out the company's overall goals.


Establishing and reviewing key strategic priorities and translating them into a comprehensive strategic plan
Partnering with institutional leadership, special committees, and consultants to support execution of key initiatives

III. MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP OF THE TEAM (20%)

Supervise and control the department and provide guidance and feedback to other the staff
Recruit, induct and train Marketing & Business Development team to be professional and knowledgeable of their work tasks
Use the performance review process to identify and develop talent for growth management performance issues

IV. INVOLVEMENT AS A MEMBER OF COMPANY LEADERSHIP TEAM (20%)

Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders, partners and potential clients and build strategic partnership
Develop new business relationship and strengthen existing ones
Periodic report to COO and BOD about marketing and business development activities, be responsible for the accuracy of all department’s reports

Job Requirements

Knowledge and Experience

Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Communications or Business Management fields
Quick and active in the fitness market, trend leading
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office
Experience in Marketing field in service or retail industry, cosmetics, F&B or insurance
Strong background of Digital Marketing and modern marketing knowledge

Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices

Communication skill in both Vietnamese and English
