Job Description
1. Financial & Accounting System Development and Control
• Design and structure a multi-layered accounting organization aligned with the company’s chain business model (by store, region, channel, etc.).
• Build financial and accounting workflows to ensure smooth and effective operations.
• Standardize the chart of accounts, document flows, and procedures for cash management, inventory, and receivables/payables.
• Strictly control accounting data and supervise the preparation and submission of financial, tax, and internal reports.
2. Implementation & Management of Financial–Accounting Software Systems
• Lead the development, implementation, and operation of an integrated accounting system on an ERP platform.
• Collaborate with related departments to design processes, data structures, and ensure seamless integration between finance, sales, warehouse, and HR.
• Oversee data migration, user training, and post-implementation evaluation to ensure the system’s effectiveness.
3. Cash Flow, Cost Management & Financial Performance
• Develop budgeting plans, manage cash flow, and provide early warnings for liquidity risks.
• Analyze financial indicators (revenue, COGS, expenses, inventory, profit margins, etc.) by store, category, and region.
• Advise on policies related to financial management, COGS, discount schemes, and investments for store network expansion.
4. Leadership & Development of the Finance–Accounting Team
• Establish team structure and define job responsibilities for each position in line with the company’s growth stages.
• Assign tasks, set KPIs, and evaluate performance and outcomes.
• Lead, train, and develop team capabilities while building a strong succession pipeline.
• Foster a team culture aligned with company values and promote long-term capability development.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years as a CFO in companies with annual revenue from 400 billion VND; and at least 2 years of experience as Chief Accountant.
• Proficient with financial and accounting software/ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, MISA, or Fast.
• Strong expertise in accounting, finance, and management reporting systems.
• Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills; proficient in financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and investment analysis.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in building and developing finance–accounting teams.
• High integrity, meticulousness, responsibility, and professionalism.
