Job Description

1. Key Opinion (KOLs) Management
• As the KOL Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing the social media and KOL capabilities of our business. Your responsibilities include:
• Identifying and evaluating suitable influencers for each campaign.
• Attracting, onboarding, and maintaining daily interactions with KOLs.
• Initiating contact, managing, and negotiating agreements with influencers, KOLs, celebrities, and agencies.
• Cultivating enduring relationships with valuable KOLs.
• Overseeing campaign budgets and ensuring the achievement of campaign objectives.
• Developing content strategies and reviewing creative content.
• Ensuring seamless communication among campaign teams at every stage.
• Exhibiting leadership by guiding campaign teams during execution.
• Contributing to the creation of campaign assets and participating in on-set productions when necessary.
• Continuously monitoring and optimizing the performance of each KOL.
• Staying updated on emerging trends, technologies, and influential figures.
• Establishing and assessing key performance indicators (KPIs) for each activity.

2. Communication and Media Relations:
• In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating public relations activities and managing media relationships. Your tasks will involve:
• Coordinating public relations efforts to enhance our brand's visibility.
• Leveraging existing media connections while nurturing new contacts within the industry.
• Hosting and engaging with media personnel during company events.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
• To excel in this position, you should meet the following qualifications:
• A bachelor's or MBA degree in Communications, Advertising, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Familiarity with the high-end product market is advantageous.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English (French language skills are a plus).
• A robust network of influencers coupled with excellent account management capabilities.
• A self-driven individual who can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships.
