Job Responsibilities
Manage overall factory operations, focusing on assembly-based production
Monitor and improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality
Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS)
Ensure compliance with company standards and relevant regulations
Supervise and develop local management team (supervisors, line leaders, etc.)
Coordinate and report regularly to Japanese management

Requirements
Must-have
Experience as a Factory Manager / Plant Manager or similar role
Hands-on experience in assembly manufacturing (manual assembly environment)
Good understanding of quality management systems (QMS)
Familiar with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
Proven track record in improving operations, productivity, or organization
Preferred
Experience in medical device manufacturing
Experience working in foreign-invested or overseas factory environments
Ideal Candidate
Able to identify issues and take initiative to implement improvements
Practical, hands-on management style (not purely administrative)
Capable of training and developing local teams
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Japanese: Able to work with Japanese management
