Enterprise Architect - AI & Data Platform

A forward-looking organization is seeking a senior architecture leader to define and drive its enterprise-wide technology blueprint.
This position is responsible for shaping the long-term architecture vision, ensuring alignment between business priorities and technology execution, and guiding the transition from fragmented legacy systems to a unified, scalable digital ecosystem.
You will act as the central point connecting business, engineering, and platform teams, ensuring that all technology initiatives follow a cohesive and future-ready architecture strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Architecture & Governance
- Establish and enforce enterprise-wide architecture principles, standards, and decision frameworks
- Ensure engineering teams maintain agility while complying with core architectural guidelines
- Lead architecture governance processes, including review boards and approval workflows for key initiatives

Technology Strategy & Design
- Define end-to-end architecture across platforms, applications, and integration layers
- Develop target-state architecture and modernization roadmaps aligned with business strategy
- Introduce reusable architecture patterns and reference models across the organization
- Guide decisions on cloud adoption, system integration, and platform evolution

System Integration & Standardization
- Design and promote standardized approaches for APIs, services, and system interoperability
- Maintain a centralized view of enterprise systems, applications, and technical capabilities
- Ensure seamless integration between legacy platforms and modern digital solutions

Operational Excellence & System Assurance
- Monitor system performance, scalability, and reliability through architectural controls and KPIs
- Ensure alignment with security standards, data governance policies, and regulatory requirements
- Support engineering teams in managing technical debt and improving system quality

Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, data, security, and operations teams
- Facilitate discussions to resolve complex technical challenges and align on architectural direction
- Provide hands-on guidance to agile teams to ensure consistent implementation of architecture standards

Frameworks, Policies & Governance Models
- Design and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, including policies, standards, and decision rights
- Define lifecycle management strategies for systems, including modernization and decommissioning
- Drive adoption of governance practices across business units and technology domains

Program Support & Architecture Oversight
- Establish structured processes for project intake, architecture evaluation, and approval
- Lead architecture review sessions with business and technical stakeholders
- Assess solution designs to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture strategy
- Support delivery teams throughout project lifecycles to align execution with target architecture
