Job Description
- Coordinate the development of new artwork by collecting requirements from Merchandising, attending development meetings, and arranging fabric dispatch to embroidery/printing vendors while resolving any rejected swatches.
- Manage the embellishment process for sample submissions by joining pre-production meetings and working with cross-functional teams to ensure samples meet customer requirements.
- Support bulk production by sending approved samples to embellishment vendors and ensuring the process runs according to plan.
- Monitor the overall embellishment workflow to ensure timely fabric delivery to vendors and shipment of embellished panels to the production plant.
- Ensure compliance with company standards (BPU, MOS, SOPs, compliance, health & safety, and 5S) while supporting related projects and team activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, particularly in printing or embroidery development, or as a designer within garment manufacturing.
- Good command of English in all four skills.
- Pattern making knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Good teamwork, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
