Job Description
We are looking for passionate and experienced Cybersecurity Engineers to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to identify, assess, and mitigate security vulnerabilities while strengthening their overall cybersecurity framework. You will play a key part in advising clients on remediation strategies and implementing measures to protect critical systems and data.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and adversarial attack simulations across a diverse range of technologies — including but not limited to networks, web and mobile applications, thick client systems, cloud platforms, APIs, and operational technology environments.
Collaborate directly with clients to provide expert guidance and actionable recommendations for closing identified security gaps and enhancing system resilience.
Lead and build a penetration testing team (5–8 members) based in Hanoi, ensuring high technical standards and effective team performance.
Job Requirements
3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, preferably within an international consulting firm or specialized cybersecurity company.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals — including networking, web application security, and common vulnerability types — as well as familiarity with industry standards such as OWASP Top 10 and the MITRE ATT&CK Framework.
Strong interest in consulting, with both internal collaboration and client-facing experience.
Proficient in one or more programming or scripting languages such as .NET, Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Hold relevant cybersecurity certifications or possess accredited experience through Capture The Flag (CTF) competitions or Bug Bounty programs.
Eager to learn, adaptable, and open to continuous improvement.
Willingness to travel internationally when required.
