Job Description

A fast-growing digital financial services organization in Southeast Asia is seeking a highly driven execution leader to bridge the gap between business strategy and on-the-ground implementation.

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring that strategic priorities are effectively translated into measurable outcomes across the lending business. You will work closely with leadership while directly influencing execution across multiple functional areas.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Delivery & Execution
- Translate high-level business priorities into clear, actionable plans across the end-to-end lending lifecycle
- Act as a hands-on executor to drive key initiatives forward, especially in areas where internal capabilities are limited
- Ensure timely delivery of critical projects, minimizing delays caused by cross-team dependencies
- Support leadership by directly implementing urgent or high-impact business directives

Operational Quality & Governance
- Design and roll out quality management frameworks covering all stages of lending, including acquisition, credit assessment, disbursement, and recovery
- Build monitoring systems that provide continuous visibility into operational and portfolio performance
- Establish standardized processes to ensure consistency and control throughout the customer lifecycle
- Introduce accountability structures to enhance performance across risk, sales, and operations teams

Fintech Operations Excellence
- Drive improvements in service quality, portfolio health, and overall business profitability
Implement best practices to optimize efficiency, risk control, and customer experience
- Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Develop scalable processes and systems to support future growth and expansion

Performance Monitoring & Insights
- Analyze key metrics such as loan performance, sales productivity, collection rates, and operational efficiency
- Deliver regular performance reports to senior stakeholders with actionable recommendations
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in processes and implement improvements proactively
- Track adherence to internal standards, risk frameworks, and external regulations

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate closely with teams across credit, sales, collections, operations, and product
- Align resources and drive unified execution across departments
- Lead initiatives to enhance processes based on performance data and customer insights
- Coach and support team members to strengthen execution capabilities across functions

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in execution, operations, or business transformation roles
- Strong exposure to financial services, banking, fintech, or digital commerce environments
- Proven ability to work with data, derive insights, and implement improvements
- Effective English communication skills in both written and spoken contexts
- Strong analytical thinking with a structured approach to problem-solving
- Hands-on experience with reporting tools, presentation software, and project tracking systems
