Job Description

Join us as an Engineering/Delivery Manager, overseeing a diverse range of embedded/automotive, Automation, and Virtualization projects spanning various locations within our company.
- Your role will encompass driving project initiatives, nurturing team dynamics, and cultivating expertise in these specialized fields.
- You'll play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring team members through their professional journey, providing support from requirements analysis to implementation and testing across all project phases.
- Furthermore, you'll actively contribute to business planning, strategic development, and talent acquisition efforts.
- Collaboration with sales, presales, and operational teams will be essential in achieving project objectives effectively.

Job Requirements

- Mandatory Competencies:
10 years of relevant experience.
Proven hands-on experience in project management and people management.
Proficiency in competency management and team building.
Familiarity with ASPICE, ISO26262 standards.
Demonstrated expertise in global stakeholder management,
Strong understanding of embedded software development in the automotive domain, including embedded validation and verification.
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
Proactive and adaptable to challenging situations.
Possession of project management certification.

- Technical Skills:
Professional background in software design/architecture with extensive knowledge of embedded C/C , MATLAB/Simulink for real-time systems, and test automation.
Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, model-based development, familiarity with FMI/FMU, AUTOSAR software architecture, and basic understanding of UML.
Experience with CAN tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, or CANape, as well as HiL engineering activities (dSPACE/Vector/NI).
ISTQB certified with expertise in STLC (Software Test Life Cycle Management).
System of System Testing for Automotive domains.
Experience with vehicle next-generation E/E architecture.
Automation experience in languages like C#, Python, Perl, VB.NET.
Extensive knowledge of protocols including vNet, vCAN, vLIN, UDS/TCP/IP.

- Desirable Skills:
Strong negotiating and convincing skills.
Exposure to project acquisition and presales activities.
Proficiency in estimation and budgeting.
Experience in managing matrix teams across electrical, firmware, and mechanical competencies.
Familiarity with vehicle E/E architecture.
Exposure to the latest software development and testing tools, as well as staying updated with trends in software engineering methodologies (Classic, Safe), DevOps, and CI/CD.
Solution-oriented approach, persuasive communication, confident demeanor, and analytical, structured, and quality-conscious work ethic in an international setting.
Enthusiastic about improving processes and automating manual tasks, with a willingness to explore new programs and tools to enhance software engineering efficiency.
- Education:
B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/M.S in computer science, electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field of study.
